KEER currently ships across India only. We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and on time.

Delivery timelines begin after your order is dispatched, not from the date of order placement. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, or logistics disruptions.

Order Processing

All orders placed on keer.co are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak sale periods or festive seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email and SMS/WhatsApp with your tracking number and the logistics partner's tracking link.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you can track your shipment using the unique tracking number provided. Simply visit the logistics partner's website or use the tracking link sent to your registered email/phone. For any tracking-related queries, reach out to us at hello@keer.co.

Shipping Partners

We work with India's leading logistics providers including Delhivery, Dtdc and Blue Dart (subject to availability and location). All shipments are insured during transit.

Secure Packaging

Every KEER order is packed in our signature branded box with protective cushioning to ensure your jewellery arrives in pristine condition. Each package includes:

  • KEER branded jewellery box.
  • Jewellery Pouch
  • Product authentication card.
  • Invoice/receipt.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or appears to have been opened:

  • Do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged. Refuse the package and contact us immediately.
  • If already accepted, record a complete unboxing video (without any cuts) and take clear photographs of the packaging and product.
  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery to hello@keer.co with your order number, video, and photos.
  • Our team will initiate a resolution within 24 hours, which may include a replacement or store credit.

For lost shipments (marked as delivered but not received), please contact us within 48 hours. We will coordinate with our logistics partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, our logistics partner will make up to 2 additional delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our facility and:

  • For prepaid orders: Store credit will be issued after deducting return shipping charges (₹150)
  • For partial payment orders: Store credit will be issued for the prepaid amount after deducting return shipping charges (₹150). The order will be treated as cancelled.

International Shipping
