Our Commitment
At KEER, every piece of jewellery is crafted with precision, inspected for quality, and packaged with care before it reaches you. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our 925 sterling silver jewellery and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
However, if something isn't right, we've made the return and exchange process simple, transparent, and fair.
Important: We kindly request all customers to record an unboxing video (without any cuts) from the moment you receive the shipping package to the final jewellery piece. This protects both you and us in case of any transit damage or discrepancy.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, authentication cards, and the invoice are intact.
- The product has not been altered, resized, engraved, or customised after delivery.
- An unboxing video (without cuts) is available as proof of the product's condition at delivery.
Products NOT Eligible for Return
- Personalised, engraved, or custom-made jewellery (unless received damaged or defective).
- Products purchased during flash sales, clearance events, or with promotional discounts exceeding 30%.
- Any complimentary gifts or add-ons received with the order (must be returned alongside the main product if a return is initiated).
- Products showing signs of wear, perfume exposure, scratches, or any alteration.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Reach out to our team within 7 days of delivery via email at hello@keer.co or WhatsApp at the number listed on keer.co
- Confirmation: Our team will review your request and send a return confirmation with instructions within 24 hours.
- Do Not Ship Without Confirmation: Please do not return any product before receiving a formal confirmation from KEER.
- Pack Securely: Place the product in its original packaging with all tags, cards, and the invoice. Ensure it is bubble-wrapped and sealed.
- Pickup: Our logistics partner will arrange a free pickup from your address.
- Important: We will not entertain any return requests after 7 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure timely communication.
Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following:
- Exchanges are available only for a different size or variant of the same product, subject to stock availability.
- The product must meet all return eligibility conditions listed above.
- If the replacement product is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If it is of a lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit.
- Exchange shipping (both pickup and re-delivery) is complimentary for the first exchange.
Please note: As each piece of KEER jewellery is crafted with precision, no two products will have the exact same weight. Minor weight and price variations may apply on exchanges. Our team will communicate any difference before processing.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery via email (hello@keer.co) or WhatsApp with your order number, photos, and the unboxing video.
- Our team will review the claim within 24 hours and provide a resolution.
- Resolution options include a free replacement with the same product or store credit (at your preference).
For defective products, KEER will bear all return shipping costs. No questions asked.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will follow the return process outlined above.
- Standard orders: Cancel within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting hello@keer.co
- Personalised/custom orders: Cancellation is only accepted within 2 hours of order placement, before production begins. After this window, cancellations will not be entertained.
- Cancelled orders will be refunded as KEER Store Credit within 3–5 business days.
Our Commitment to Fair Practices
We craft each piece of KEER jewellery with deep care and attention to detail. We kindly request our customers to engage with our return and exchange process in good faith.
KEER reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated eligibility criteria, appear to have been used or altered, or are part of a pattern of repeated returns. All returned products undergo a thorough quality inspection at our Jaipur workshop before any refund or exchange is processed.
REFUND POLICY
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following scenarios:
- You return a product within 7 days of delivery that meets all return eligibility conditions.
- You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product (reported within 48 hours).
- Your order is cancelled before shipment.
Important: All refunds at KEER are issued exclusively as KEER Store Credit. We do not process refunds to original payment methods, bank accounts, or UPI. This applies to all order types including prepaid and partial payment orders.

Store Credit
All refunds at KEER are issued as Store Credit. Here's how it works:
- The credit will be sent to your registered email or WhatsApp as a unique coupon code.
- Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- It can be applied to any future purchase on keer.co (no minimum order value).
Refund Inspection Process
Once we receive your returned product at our facility, our quality team will inspect it within 3 business days. If the product passes inspection and meets all return conditions, your store credit will be issued. If the product fails inspection (signs of use, missing tags, altered condition), we will notify you and ship the product back at your cost.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund (store credit may be offered at KEER's discretion):
- Products returned after the 7-day return window.
- Products not in original, unused condition.
- Personalised or custom-made orders (unless defective).
- Shipping charges paid on the original order (if applicable).
Pricing Transparency
KEER follows a clean pricing model. Our prices are based on the current cost of 925 sterling silver, gemstones, and precision plating. Prices displayed on keer.co are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs. You will always be charged the price listed at the time of your purchase.
